- 4 bacon strips
- 1 chicken breast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 7 oz (200gr) asparagus
- 7 oz (200gr) Romaine lettuce
- 5 oz cherry tomatoes
- 6 radishes
- 4 mini sweet peppers
- 1 avocado
- 2 scallions
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/3 cup blue cheese, crumbled

Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop into small pieces. Set aside.
- Slice the chicken breast horizontally to create 2 thin fillets. Season generously on all sides with salt and pepper. Grill until cooked through and no longer pink, then cut into small, bite-sized cubes.
- Trim the woody ends from the asparagus spears. Briefly grill or steam for a few minutes until tender-crisp. Cut the asparagus into 2-inch pieces.
